Project overview

A Moroccan miniseries inspired by popular heritage and an ancient, deliberately timeless world shaped by trade with the Portuguese and rivalries between local notables.

My contribution

I composed the original music for all four episodes, building a coherent musical identity that could follow the dramatic development and emotional lives of the characters.

Musical approach

I developed a modal score centred on Eastern instruments and percussion. The musical language evokes heritage without fixing the story to a precisely dated historical period.
