Project overview

A documentary series exploring cities across the Arab world through aerial imagery, with an episode devoted to the blue city of Chefchaouen and its history.

My contribution

I composed the complete score for the Chefchaouen episode, as well as the opening theme used across the other episodes in the series.

Musical approach

I created a tonal and understated score combining piano, strings, percussion and traditional colours to support the voice-over while preserving the contemplative rhythm of the aerial images.
